FAQ
What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant (or VA) is essentially a Personal Assistant (PA) who provides professional support to small businesses, entrepreneurs and lifestyle clients from a remote location. They can access your system from their desks and do everything that an employed PA in an office can do.
Virtual Assistants come at lower costs than employees (see below) but the client still receives a high quality PA service. They can help you scale your business at a sensible growth, not worrying about having to rent additional office space. A Virtual Assistant’s entire business model is based on helping others thrive.
Clients pay for 100% productive work time.
